Directions to the Seaport Hotel Garage

Make us your destination for direct indoor entry to the Seaport Boston Hotel and the Seaport World Trade Center, plus convenient access to all the attractions in the Seaport District, including the Leader Bank Pavilion and Liberty Wharf restaurants.

Seaport Garage now offers a $24 flat self-parking rate on Saturday & Sunday. This rate is good for up to 10 hours, must exit by 3 am.

Please be advised that starting on September 1, 2023, the B and D Street entrances to the Garage will be closed from 11 pm on Fridays to 5 am on Mondays.

The Seaport Hotel Garage is located at One Seaport Lane, Boston, Massachusetts 02210.

To find the Seaport Hotel Garage, look for the two red-brick Seaport towers, across the street from the Seaport World Trade Center. Parking garage entrances are located on Seaport Boulevard, Congress Street, B and D Streets.

From Points West via I-90

Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike/Interstate 90 East to Exit 25 – South Boston. At the top of the ramp, bear left towards Seaport Boulevard. At the first set of lights, proceed straight onto East Service Road. At the next set of lights, take a right onto Seaport Boulevard. The Seaport Boulevard entrance to the Seaport Hotel Garage is located ahead on the right.

From Points South via I-93

Heading northbound on I-93 towards Boston, take Exit 20, which will be immediately after Exit 18. Follow the signs to “I-90 East.” Take the first tunnel exit to “South Boston.” At the first set of lights at the top of the ramp, proceed straight onto East Service Road. At the next set of lights, take a right onto Seaport Boulevard. The Seaport Boulevard entrance to the Seaport Hotel Garage will be ahead on the right.

From Points North via I-93

Heading southbound on Interstate 93 Boston, take Exit 23, Purchase Street and move into the left lane. At the top of the ramp, take a left turn onto the Evelyn Moakley Bridge/Seaport Boulevard. Follow Seaport Boulevard for approximately .8 miles, the Seaport Boulevard entrance to the Seaport Hotel Garage will be on the right, after the Seaport Boulevard/B Street intersection.

From Logan International Airport and Route 1A South

Follow the signs towards I-90 West – Ted Williams Tunnel. Take the Ted Williams Tunnel to Exit 25. At the top of the ramp proceed straight onto B Street. Follow B Street to the end and take a right onto Seaport Boulevard. The Seaport Boulevard entrance to the Seaport Hotel Garage will be on your right.

Monthly Parking Pass

The Monthly Parking Pass is our most popular Boston parking program. Enjoy guaranteed and unlimited access to the parking garage – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even when the Seaport Hotel Garage is otherwise full, we will always have a place for your vehicle.

Seaport parking works on a calendar month. Prorated amounts will apply for all monthly programs that start after the first of the month.

Monthly Parking Pass: Every day, 24/7 access – $425

Overnight Monthly Parking Passes

Allows you to park during evenings and weekends, this reverse commute program is perfect for evening employees and neighborhood residents. With Overnight Option 1, you will enjoy access Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 9:30 am the following day, as well as free access on the weekends – for $145 per month. Option 2 provides similar access, Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm – 9:30 am plus free access on the weekends for $165 per month.

Seaport parking works on a calendar month. Prorated amounts will apply for all monthly programs that start after the first of the month.

Overnight Monthly Parking Pass – Option 1: Monday – Friday, 3:30pm – 9:30am; all day Saturday, Sunday, and select federal holidays – $145/month
Overnight Monthly Parking Pass – Option 2: Monday – Friday, 2:30pm – 9:30am; all day Saturday, Sunday, and select federal holidays – $165/month

Pre-Paid Tickets

A convenient solution for Seaport office tenants, Pre-Paid Tickets are easy to hand out to employees, clients or visitors. Each ticket is valid for 24 hours of parking. Pre-Paid Tickets are sold in books of five for $135.

Purchase your tickets at the Garage Office in the Seaport Boston Hotel lobby, near the Seaport Café. For bulk purchases of 100 tickets or more, please contact the parking office.

Payment Options

Pay with cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover cards. Monthly Parking customers may enroll in our Automatic Credit Card Payment plan. Print the Credit Card Authorization Form agreement for use with the Monthly Parking and Overnight Parking Programs.

Pay Stations

For your convenience, the Seaport Hotel Garage features four pay stations, located in the elevator vestibules on Level P1 Center (Row F), Seaport East and Seaport West. Another Pay station located in the Seaport Boston Hotel lobby, near the Seaport Café. These pay stations accept all major credit cards and debit cards. For cash-paying patrons, please pay at the pay station in the hotel lobby or P1 Center (Row F)

Each of our eight exit lanes allows for parking payments using credit and debit cards, as well as prepaid or discounted tickets.
